ANNA, Ill. -- Allen K. Hawk, 58, of Anna died Wednesday, July 21, 1999, at his home.
He was born May 10, 1941, in Chicago, son of Kenneth and Ileen Commean Hawk. He and Phyllis Smith were married May 7, 1977.
Hawk was a route salesman with Heartland Distributors in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Karen Berry of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Yvonne Ellet of Sandridge, Ill., Paula Beanland of Dongola; three sons, Silas Hawk of Tampa, Fla., Jimmie and Kenny Hawk of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and his parents of DuQuoin.
Also surviving is a sister, Diana Rolando of DuQuoin; a brother, Lybrand Hawk of DuQuoin; and nine grandchildren.
Friends may call at Hileman and Parr Funeral Home in Jonesboro from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Danny Jones officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
