Alice Nadine Moore, 79, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021, at her home.
She was born July 28. 1942, in Fornfelt to George Nathan and Stella Mae Holder Dodson. She married Fred E. Moore, and he preceded her in death.
She was a courier for the Federal Reserve. She previously owned Moore's Tax Service in Scott City and was an Avon consultant for many years. She attended Cape First in Cape Girardeau.
Alice is survived by three sons, Clay (Amy) Moore of Vancleave, Mississippi; David Moore of Cape Girardeau; and Jason (Debra) Moore of Springfield, Missouri; a daughter, Christine (Craig) Wooldridge of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Margie Keller of Scott City; 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Glenn and Emery Dodson; and three sisters, Catherine Thompson, Mary Pulliam and Patty Dodson.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the chapel. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
