CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Alice M. Curtis, 94, of Chaffee died Monday, Oct. 15, 2007, at Chaffee Nursing Center.
She was born Feb. 15, 1913, at Jaywye, Mo., daughter of John Edward and Bertha Sandy Garrison. She and Robert E. Curtis Sr. were married Oct. 5, 1929. He died July 29, 1989.
Curtis was a member of First Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Curtis Jr. of Dexter, Mo., Claude Curtis of Chaffee, Charley Curtis of McClure, Ill.; three daughters, Virginia Ash of Puxico, Mo., Berneice Davis of Chaffee, Janeth Moss of San Antonio, Texas; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by six brothers, two sisters and a great-grandchild.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Darrel Larkin officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery.
