BERNIE, Mo. -- Alice Irene Campbell, 40, died Sunday, March 4, 2001, at Three Rivers Healthcare South in Poplar Bluff, Mo. She was born Dec. 8, 1960, in Grand Rapids, Mich., daughter of Lawrence D. and Verna Irene Cobbs Sixbury. She and Buddy Paul Campbell were married Feb. 15, 1988, at Malden, Mo. He died April 26, 1996...

BERNIE, Mo. -- Alice Irene Campbell, 40, died Sunday, March 4, 2001, at Three Rivers Healthcare South in Poplar Bluff, Mo.

She was born Dec. 8, 1960, in Grand Rapids, Mich., daughter of Lawrence D. and Verna Irene Cobbs Sixbury. She and Buddy Paul Campbell were married Feb. 15, 1988, at Malden, Mo. He died April 26, 1996.

Campbell attended Solid Rock Church at Clarkton, Mo.

Survivors include a daughter, Alice Campbell of Bernie; three brothers, Herb and Norm Sixbury of Sparta, Mich., Jeff Sixbury of Cedar Springs, Mich.; three sisters, Diane Jones of Kentwood, Mich., Mary Huey of Malden, and Tena Sixbury of Sparta.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rainey Funeral Home in Bernie. The Rev. Danny King will officiate. Burial will be in Stanfield Cemetery at Clarkton.

Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 11 a.m. until service time.
