Rogan, 78, died Tuesday, July 14, 1992, at Union County Hospital.
He was born Sept. 12, 1913, in Cook County, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Rogan.
Survivors include a sister, Helen Jaworski; two brothers, Stanley and Vincent Rogan, all of Chicago.
