A memorial service for Albion O. Decklever will be held today at 10:45 a.m. at the Westminster Presbyterian Church. Decklever, 80, of Cape Girardeau, died June 3, 1994 at Southeast Missouri Hospital. A funeral service was held June 7 at Toeterville, Iowa. Now a local service is planned. Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements...
