ALBERT T. CARROLL

ROCKVIEW -- Funeral service for Albert Tony Carroll of Rockview will be held at 11 a.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. The Rev. Watis Harrell will officiate, with burial in Union Park Cemetery at Chaffee.

Carroll, 60, died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Aug. 9, 1934, in Chaffee, son of Tony and Ida Ehrhart Carroll. He and Stella Marie Sanders were married Feb. 5, 1955.

Carroll was retired from Cape River Grain in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Anthony and Rodney Carroll of Chaffee; his mother, Ida Johnson of Chaffee; two stepsons, Scott Nordin of Pocahontas, Rodney Nordin of St. Louis; three stepdaughters, Ruth Haley and Jean Bounds of Chaffee, Ada Carroll of Delta; two brothers, Jim Carroll of St. Louis, Donnie Carroll of Jackson; a sister, Shirley Childers of Chaffee; a grandchild; 18 stepgrandchildren, and 18 great-stepgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two stepsons, a stepgrandchild and a great-stepgrandchild.
