PERRYVILLE -- Albert H. Moll, 70, of St. Charles, died Wednesday, March 30, 1994, at St. John's Mercy Hospital.
He was born Feb. 1, 1924, in Mascoutah, Ill., son of Ado and Mary Weilbacher Moll. He and Marilyn Richert were married Jan. 29, 1947. She died Feb. 22, 1976.
Moll was a retired carpenter. He was a member of Lady of Guadeloupe Catholic Church in St. Charles, Disabled American Veterans, American Legion Post 133, Optimist Club, Elks Lodge 2701, VFW Post 4282, and former leader of Boy Scout Troop 250. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include three sons, Jeffrey and Bill Moll of Perryville, Steven Moll of Pevely; two daughters, Barbara Moll of Hartford, Conn., Christine Mahan of St. Charles; a sister, Josephine Feye of Huntington Beach, Calif.; two brothers, Dennis Moll of Bridgeton, Henry Moll of Belleville, and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, two brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today. and Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to service time.
Funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Kevin Fausz will officiate, with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
