ALBERT H. KOENIG

FARRAR -- Albert H. Koenig, 88, of Farrar died Saturday, Nov. 8, 1997, at Uniontown.

He was born July 7, 1909, at Farrar to Theodore and Emma Koenig.

On May 13, 1934, he married Clara Mathilda Hadler.

He was a retired dairy farmer and a member of Salem Lutheran Church at Farrar.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Arnold Koenig and Eugene Koenig, both of Perryville; four daughters, Hilda Mahnken of Uniontown, Norma Kester and Florence Wiegand, both of Jackson, and Verna Kaufmann; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son, three grandchildren, two brothers, a half brother and a half sister.

Visitation is today from 4 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville. Services will be at Salem Lutheran Church in Farrar at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Robert Schneider officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
