AGATHA E. DUVALL

PERRYVILLE -- Funeral mass for Agatha E. Duvall of Perryville will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. Burial will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Perryville.

Mrs. Duvall died Monday at the Perry County Memorial Hospital at Perryville. She was 83.

She was born Oct. 2, 1907, in Perryville to Charles and Emma M. Seifert Besand, both deceased. She later married Joseph V. Duvall, who preceded her in death Sept. 12, 1977.

She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, the church's Ladies of Charity and the Perryville Knights of Columbus Auxiliary.

Survivors include a son, Robert Duvall of St. Charles; a brother, Chalmer Besand of Maplewood; a sister, Dorothy Scherer of Perryville; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.

Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. today at Drayton Funeral Home in Perryville, where a wake service will be conducted at 7 p.m.
