KARNAK, Ill. -- Adeline Bunker Tutko, 76, of Karnak died Wednesday, April 4, 2001, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Aug. 20, 1924, at Karnak, the daughter of Ward and Ruby Nelius Bunker. She married Edward Tutko. He died in 1976.
She was retired from the Home Health Care Department of the Shawnee Development Council at Karnak.
She is survived by a son, Jerry Tutko of Mounds, Ill.; a sister, Shirley West of Aurora, Ill.; two brothers, Bill Bunker of Hillerman, Ill., and John Bunker of San Dimas, Calif.; two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She also was preceded in death by a son and a sister.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak.
Service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with the Revs. Terry Kern and Ken Sharp officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Cemetery at Boaz, Ill.
