Adam Wunderlich

ALTENBURG, Mo. -- Adam Lee Hugo Wunderlich, 20, of Altenburg passed away Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, at Heartland Care and Rehab in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Dec. 24, 1991, in Normal, Ill., to Donald Gene and Jennifer Wunderlich Jr.

Adam was a NASCAR fan and a perfect playmate for his nephew, Kaydon.

He is survived by his mother, Jennifer of Altenburg; two brothers, Anthony Wunderlich of Cape Girardeau, Austin Wunderlich of Altenburg; four sisters, Ashley Wunderlich of Jackson, Amanda Wunderlich of Stewartsville, Mo., Alexis and Allison Wunderlich of Altenburg; grandparents, Donald Gene and Doris Wunderlich Sr. of Cape Girardeau, Leonard and Sylvia Hospelhorn of Hudson, Ill.; aunts, Gigi Haston and husband Ron of Stewartsville, Stefanie Hill of Greeley, Colo.; and a nephew, Kaydon Adam Wunderlich.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Gene Wunderlich Jr., on Dec. 18, 2011.

No service is planned at this time.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau is in charge of arrangements.
