ST. LOUIS -- Adam W. Eschmann, 85, of St. Louis died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2003, at Des Peres Hospital.
He was born Aug. 15, 1918, in Waterloo, Ill., son of John and Anna Welsch Eschmann. He and Virginia M. Sipp were married Nov. 23, 1921.
Eschmann had been a brewer. He was a member of Brewers and Maltsters Local 6.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Charles (Theresa) Eschmann, James Eschmann, Michael (Natalie) Eschmann; three daughters, Cynthia (John) Janesko, Karen, Mary (Michael) Wulfers; three stepsons, Ralph (Cely), Richard (Ruth) and Ronald (Marian) Kaup; four stepdaughters, Phyllis Murphy, Jeannine (Jerry) Abernathy, Deborah Ann and Mary Beth Kaup; 28 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, and friend to many
Friends may call at Kutis Funeral Home from 3 to 9 p.m. today.
Funeral Mass will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday at Assumption Catholic Church. Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made To Barnes Children's Hospital.
