PERRYVILLE -- Funeral service for A. Paul Engelhardt of Englewood, Colo., was held April 10 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Englewood. Burial was April 12 at Marissa Cemetery in Marissa, Ill., with the Rev. Dennis Lindeman officiating. Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home of Marissa was in charge of arrangements.

Engelhardt, 75, died Monday, April 8, 1991, in a Denver, Colo., hospital.

He was born July 6, 1915, in Marissa, son of Arthur P. and Edna Jones Engelhardt. He and the former Norma E. Gerler were married Feb. 14, 1940.

Engelhardt was retired from AT&T.

Survivors include his wife; a brother-in-law, George Gerler of Altenburg, and a sister-in-law, Viola Theiss of Wittenberg.

He was preceded in death by an adopted son.
