YOUTH TO BOY'S STATE

Matthew DeJournett, son of Madeline and Dale DeJournett of rural Advance, been selected to attend Missouri's Boy's State at the Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg. June 15 through June 22. Students participates in a rigorous week of leadership activities, governmental exercises and athletics. DeJournett is a student at Advance High School and active in basketball, Future Business Leaders of America, Science and Math Club and Student Council. DeJournett is sponsored by the Advance Eagles 4154 Ladies Auxiliary.
