Williams attends Sikeston High School and is a member of the Girl Scouts of America, Astra, Red Peppers club, biology and physics clubs, Future Business Leaders of America and the concert band.

The Cargill scholars program began in 1989 to help finance college education for employees' children. Each year 50 non-renewable scholarships are awarded.
