JACKSON, Mo. -- A 15-year-old male was turned over to juvenile authorities Friday after he allegedly fondled a female student Thursday at R.O. Hawkins Junior High School. The boy allegedly cornered the girl in a shop class and fondled her, Officer Rodney Barnes said.

The boy was arrested for third-degree assault, sexual misconduct and unlawful restraint.
