A late night traffic stop Tuesday led to the arrest of a Wyoming man charged with 13 felonies. Dustin Hicks, 21, of Cheyenne, Wyo., was arrested by the Scott County Sheriff's Department on 13 felony warrants, including two counts of burglary, seven counts of second-degree assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, one count of felony stealing and armed criminal action. All warrants are out of Scott County as the result of an incident that occurred Feb. 19 in Morley. Total bond an all counts was set by Judge Scott Horman at $25,000 cash or surety.
