Ethiopian bandits kill at least 45 in Kenya

NAIROBI, Kenya -- Hundreds of Ethiopian bandits armed with guns and spears raided a remote northern Kenyan village, killing 45 people -- many of them children -- and stealing thousands of farm animals. Security forces chased the bandits after Tuesday's attack. No arrests were made.

One man trampled in bull run's seventh day

PAMPLONA, Spain -- The seventh bull run at the annual Pamplona festival ended Wednesday with dozens of people battered and bruised and one man trampled after tripping in front of a pack of bulls. No one was gored.
