The University of Missouri Extension has planned a luncheon workshop for working women dealing with role overload and quick, one-dish meals.
The meeting will be held June 30 at the Extension Center in Jackson.
At 10:30 a.m., Mary Gosche, human development specialist, will discuss strategies to deal with role overload.
At 11:45 a.m., Susan Mills, food and nutrition specialist, will provide tips for use of convenience products in building quick one-dish meals guaranteed 20 minutes start to finish.
Individuals may participate in the complete program or just the luncheon presentation. Workshop fee is $7.50, which includes lunch. Call 243-3581 by June 28 to register.
