Arkansas studio potter Peter Lippincott will exhibit his work Saturday from noon to 5 at Neumeyer's Bed and Breakfast, 25 S. Lorimier St.
Lippincott's crafts include a wide range of functional pieces such as cups, plates and dinnerware sets. He also has developed items including candle rings, soap hooks, mirrors, clocks and business card-holders.
The pieces are dishwasher- and microwave-safe and the glazes are lead-free.
Later in the day, Lippincott will provide the calling for a contra dance sponsored by the Historic Preservation Association of Southeast Missouri State University.
The dance will be held from 7 to 10 at the Royal Ballet Dance Studio, 15 N. Main St. Admission is $3.
