Women in agriculture meet

The "Scott County Women in Agriculture" will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the USDA office on Highway 77, Benton, Mo. A program, "Caring for Yourself in the New Year" will be held. All women are invited to attend. You do not have to be involved in farming but if you share an interest in gardening, cooking, farming, family activities or helping the community, this is the organization for you. The goal of the group is to educate others about agriculture and provide an atmosphere of fun, fellowship, and support. For more information, call Kay Dover at the USDA Center at 573-545-9027.
