ST. LOUIS -- A St. Louis woman was killed when an SUV crashed through her bedroom wall, police said. It began about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday when a man and woman argued. When the woman reportedly jumped into her car and drove off, the man gave chase in a sport utility vehicle, ramming cars along the way. Police said the SUV had been taken in a carjacking earlier Tuesday. Both vehicles lost control in north St. Louis and the SUV slammed into the victim's home, crashing through the victim's bedroom wall as she was sleeping.
The woman motorist was treated for minor injuries. Police were looking for the male driver.
Names of the couple and the victim have not been released. So far, no charges have been filed.
