Kimberly D. Cunningham, 38, was treated and released at Southeast Missouri Hospital after the accident, which occurred at County Road 314 and Country Lane, west of Cape Girardeau.
Cunningham's 1994 Mercury van was eastbound on County Road 314 when it ran into a ditch and struck a culvert, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
