Christmas day will be observed pretty much just like any other day by Miss M. No need to go to much bother just for herself, she believes.
Miss M never married and has no children. Her brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews are all planning family celebrations of their own.
Miss M will be alone. She says it doesn't bother her, but a small remembrance just for her on Christmas would certainly brighten her spirits.
Miss M has hypertension and also is on dialysis three times a week. Because of her medical problems, she has been unable to work for years. She receives a small income from Social Security. But Miss M never had enough money to pay all her bills.
Miss M does not drive. She would appreciate a donation toward purchase of taxi coupons.
A gift certificate for groceries or a donation of canned goods would be appreciated.
Miss M has trouble paying for necessities like soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels. A donation of any of these items would be a help to her.
A small Christmas decoration, a tiny tree or pretty wreath might help Miss M feel a little more holiday spirit.
She likes to wear skirts and blouses, size extra large. Miss M prefers tops that can be pulled over her head rather than buttoned. She would also like a nice winter coat.
