WINTER MALADIES TOPIC OF DEC. 5 DIABETES TALK

JACKSON -- "Managing Winter Maladies" is the topic for the next Living with Diabetes program to be held Dec. 5 at the St. Francis Information Center in Jackson.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m.

Gene Brockett, pharmacist at Jones Drug Store, will be the guest speaker. Colds, flu and upset stomachs can cause double-trouble for a person with diabetes. Brockett will discuss ways to manage winter maladies and keep diabetes under control.
