Former Gov. Warren Hearnes and his wife Betty will attend a ribbon cutting ceremony, and a reception that will follow. The Hearnes', who live in Charleston, endorsed Wheat for the Democratic nomination earlier this year.

The Wheat headquarters will be at 119 Independence Street. Tammy Eaton will be the office coordinator and the headquarters phone number is 651-0494.
