A Marble Hill, Mo., man is in moderate condition following a Wednesday accident in Cape Girardeau County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Tommy L. Nanney, 21, was a passenger in a car driven by Cheryl A. Seabaugh, 36, of Marquand, Mo., when the 2007 Ford ran off the road and struck a tree on County Road 450, one and a half miles west of Route D at 5:10 p.m.

Seabaugh received minor injuries, as did two other passengers, Loyd F. Cureton, 28, of Grassy, Mo., and David W. McCrackin, 24, of Marquand.

Seabaugh and her passengers were taken by ambulances to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. They were wearing seat belts.
