Waller Pleads Guilty

Clay Waller pleaded guilty to second-degree murder for the death of his wife, Jacque Waller, Thursday, June 6, 2013, inside the Cape Girardeau County Courthouse. Jacque Waller went missing June 1, 2011. Her body was found last Wednesday in Southern Illinois.
