WALK THROUGH OF HAARIG AREA THURSDAY

The Haarig Area Development Association has scheduled a "walk through" Thursday of the Haarig neighborhood.

Cape Girardeau citizens and officials are invited to attend the event, where organizers hope to point out concerns in the old Haarig district.

The walk through will begin with a meeting at 5 p.m. at Hobo's restaurant, 627 Good Hope, where a detailed map of the area to be toured will be provided. Transportation also will be available for the handicapped.
