PeeWee Bartles solves people's problems -- the financial ones at least.

To him, the challenge of helping his clients meet their financial goals is one of the most enjoyable aspects of his job with Commerce Bank.

"Although my part is very small, I find it very rewarding to be part of the success of my customers," he says.

However, Bartles finds the most enjoyment in his day-to-day interactions with clients. Not only does he get to know them, he gets to know their business. "I get to deal with a variety of businesses and it is very interesting to learn about the different types of operations."
