VO-TECH SCHOOL TO AUCTION CAR ON JUNE 25

A public auction will be held at the Cape Girardeau Area Vocational-Technical School June 25 at 3 p.m.

A 1995 Ford Escort wagon repaired by the auto collision class will be auctioned to the highest bidder. The event will take place at 301 N. Clark. Jones Auction Co. will be auctioneer.

The vehicle, which is burgundy with a gray interior, had light damage to the front that was repaired by vo-tech students. Its features include a 1.9L engine, automatic transmission, air conditioning, AM/FM tape recorder and tinted back glass. It has 27,410 miles.

Interested bidders can inspect the car at the school daily between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
