Village of Gordonville April Minutes
After the May meeting was called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance said the Village of Gordonville's April miniutes were accepted as amended.
*Treasurer's Report:
Sheila Gross submitted the treasurer's report with a village balance of $92,299.31. It was accepted and approved with all in agreement. A motion was made and approved with all in agreement to discontinue the present sweep account.
*Streets:
North Bohnsack still has some unpaid balances on the street payments. A letter will be sent regarding all delinquent street payments. Ameren UE contacted regarding street lights.
*City Ordinances:
Ordinances to be voted on must be posted for public review 24 hours prior to the next meeting. Ordinances to be voted on and newly proposed ordinances will be discussed at the next meeting.
*Police:
Traffic citations must to be delivered to the City Attorney by the Issuing Officer within three days of being issued. Nate Hartman will make sure the police office is aware of the requirement.
Discussion about police equipment was deferred until next meeting.
The Chairman agreed to be the media contact for the village.
Motion was made and approved by all in agreement to adjourn the meeting and go into scheduled closed session. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
