The euro traded at US$1.4104, up from US$1.4083 late Tuesday in New York.

--1.0651 Swiss francs, down from 1.0671
--1.1442 Canadian dollars, down from 1.1516
The British pound was quoted at US$1.6591, up from $1.6454.
Gold traded in London at US$928.75 per troy ounce, up from US$920.75 late Tuesday.
