U.S. 61 in Cape County to be reduced for bridge work

U.S. 61 in Cape Girardeau County, between County Road 510 and County Road 519, will be reduced to one lane Monday as Missouri Department of Transportation crews seal a bridge deck. Weather permitting, the work will be done from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
