Southeast Missouri State University's Upward Bound will hold its second summer residential program. Upward Bound, funded through the U.S. Department of Education, is a year-round college preparatory program for potential first-generation or low-income college students.
Upward Bound will operate a six-week course on the Southeast campus Sunday through July 23. The Missouri Department of Health also provides funding for meals for program participants.
