A public forum at Southeast Missouri State University today will feature a delegation from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, formerly part of the Soviet Union.

The four-member delegation, which arrived in Cape Girardeau a week ago as guests of Southeast, consists of Alexander Kozulin, chief deputy minister of higher education and science; Roman Korseko, rector of Byelorussian State Economic University; Regina Strazheva, professor at the Institute of Foreign Languages; and Vladimir Varavko, manager of the computer center for the education ministry.

They will discuss the situation in Belarus and changes in the former Soviet Union. Serving as mod~er~ators will be Peter Bergerson, chairman of Southeast's political science department, and Peter Yaremko, political science professor and an expert on Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
