UNION ELECTRIC CONTRIBUTES VIDEOS TO AREA SCHOOLS

An educational video series called Science Screen Report is being distributed to Notre Dame, Cape Girardeau Central, Jackson, Chaffee and Scott City high schools through a grant from Union Electric Company.

The award-winning series presents the most recent developments in science and technology. Designed as a career guidance program, Science Screen Report looks at the job opportunities in engineering, explaining what they do, how they do it and the tools involved. It also discusses the educational requirements for becoming an engineer and future prospects in the field.
