Cape Girardeau police report two men suspected of burglary and robbery were arrested, but two remain at large.
DeShawn Markyle Smith was taken into custody Friday morning in Florissant, Missouri, Cape Girardeau Police Department public information officer Adam Glueck said.
Ricky Rashad Lucious was taken into custody in a different state, Glueck said.
They were wanted in connection with a four-person burglary and armed robbery just before midnight Nov. 8 in the 2700 block of Bloomfield Road, Glueck said.
The victims, two adults and one child, awakened to find four men in their house.
One of the residents was hit repeatedly hit in the head with a gun, Glueck said. The victims told police at least two of the men had guns during the robbery.
Kevin Walls Jr. and Rico Frederick Lucious remain at large.
All four men are charged with felony burglary, robbery, armed criminal action and assault.
