Rebecca J. Neumann of Jackson and John S. Loucks of Chaffee have been awarded Regents' scholarships to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 1995-96 academic year. The scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who graduate in the top 10 percent of their class and who have achieved an ACT score of 28 or SAT score of 1,160. Rebecca J. Neumann of Jackson and John S. Loucks of Chaffee have been awarded Regents' scholarships to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 1995-96 academic year.

The scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who graduate in the top 10 percent of their class and who have achieved an ACT score of 28 or SAT score of 1,160. Regents' scholarships also are awarded to class valedictorians and salutatorians who have achieved an ACT score of 25 or SAT score of 1,160.

The award covers full-time fees per semester and is renewable for four years if the recipient maintains a 3.5 grade-point average or better.

Neumann is the daughter of Martin L. and Susan Neumann and will graduate this spring from Jackson High School.

Loucks is the son of Steve and Janet Loucks and will graduate this spring from Chaffee High School.
