Two people were injured in separate accidents Monday along Southeast Missouri roads.

In Bollinger County, Sherry Williams, 35, of Cape Girardeau suffered moderate injuries when the car in which she was riding failed to negotiate a curve on wet pavement on Highway 34, ran off the road and overturned.

Williams was transported to St. Francis Medical Center.

The driver of the vehicle, Cathy Davis, 25, of Cape Girardeau was not injured. The accident occurred eight miles west of Marble Hill at 1:50 p.m., according the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

In Stoddard County, Robert Law, 27, of Lilbourn suffered moderate injuries when his vehicle ran off the side of the road and hit a bridge.

Law was transported to Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

The accident occurred on Route Z, about 2 miles west of Cavell, according to the patrol.
