Two men arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct

Two men were arrested at Cape County Park South on Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of sexual misconduct, police said. Around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday an off-duty Cape Girardeau police officer observed the two engaged in the activity on a park bench, Sgt. Jason Selzer said. Officers were then contacted and arrived at the scene, where they arrested Larry G. Hoffman, 51, of Cape Girardeau and Roy L. Lange, 49, of Scott City.
