Men from Cape Girardeau and Bollinger counties were killed in weekend traffic accidents. One man died in a collision, and the other died after falling out of a truck, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Men from Cape Girardeau and Bollinger counties were killed in weekend traffic accidents. One man died in a collision, and the other died after falling out of a truck, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Brandon L. Janssen, 25, of Cape Girardeau was killed early Sunday when the Pontiac Grand Am he was driving crossed the center line and struck another car head-on on Highway 50 in Franklin County, Mo. Janssen wasn't wearing a seat belt, according to the report. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A Marble Hill, Mo., man was thrown out of a truck Friday on County Road 302, about 3 miles north of Marble Hill, and later died. The report said John E. Angle, 71, of Marble Hill was driving a 1987 Ford truck southbound, with Johnathon A. Love, 20, also of Marble Hill, riding in the rear of the vehicle. Love fell out of the vehicle and was taken by ambulance to Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau where he was pronounced dead Saturday, according to the report.
