Two arrested on drug charges in Perryville

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Ongoing undercover drug investigations in Perry County prompted the arrests of two more people Friday. Katherine A. Reed, 33, and Steven R. Reed Sr., 31, both of Perryville, were taken into custody and face felony drug charges, according to a news release from the Perry County Sheriff's Department. Katherine Reed is charged with felony distribution/manufacturing of a controlled substance in connection with an incident Feb. 9. Steven Reed Sr. faces the same charge from a March 22 incident. Both are in custody on a $10,000 cash or approved surety bond.
