TWIRLING CAMP COMING TO JACKSON IN JULY

The Jackson High School twirling camp, sponsored by the Jackson Senior and Junior High Twirlers, will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. the week of July 2 at the Senior High Multipurpose Gym.

The camp will be July 2, 3, 5 and 6 and will cost $30.

The camp will provide snacks and a T-shirt. Participation is limited to students entering second grade through eighth grade.

Participants must bring batons.

The senior and junior high school twirlers will demonstrate techniques and give individual assistance.

Camp participants will perform routines on July 6 for parents and friends.

Camp participants will also perform with the Jackson High School Marching Chiefs at the pre-game show of the first home football game, Sept. 7.
