Twenty-seven arrests in drug roundup

Twenty-seven people were arrested Tuesday in connection with a drug roundup executed in association with the SEMO Drug Task Force, Cape Girardeau police said in a news release.

The issuing of warrants and subsequent sweep of arrests are the result of yearlong cooperative investigations targeting the sale of illegal drugs, said Darin Hickey, information officer for the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Agencies involved in the arrest raids were SEMO Drug Task Force, Cape Girardeau Police Department, Jackson Police Department Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Drug Enforcement Administration, the United States Marshal Service and the Scott County Sheriff's Department.

More arrests are pending, Hickey said.

Arrested were:

• Daniel M. Boemeke, 23, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia; total bond: $15,000 cash or surety.
• George E. Callahan, 38, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of two counts of distribution of controlled substance; total bond: $50,000 cash or surety.
• Malaka D. Davis, 30, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of two counts of distribution of a controlled substance; total bond: $25,000 cash or surety.
• Mary L. Edwards, 27, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance; $25,000 cash or surety bond.
• John J. Fisher, 27, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance; total bond: $20,000 cash or surety.
• Tamara S. Flemon, 38, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance; $35,000 cash or surety bond.
• Jennifer Guthrey, 26, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance; $20,000 cash or surety bond.
• Linda C. Harris, 56, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of delivery of a controlled substance; $60,000 cash or surety bond.
• Cherise R. Hatfield, 33, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance; $25,000 cash or surety bond.
• Melissa L. Hayes, 35, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance; $25,000 cash or surety bond.
• Quinton W. Headrick, 66, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of two counts of distribution of a controlled substance; total bond: $35,000 cash or surety.
• Jason A. Heeter, 23, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia; total bond: $2,500, cash only.
• Isaac S. Johnson, 28, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of two counts of distribution of a controlled substance; total bond: $50,000, cash or surety.
• Lora B. Johnson, 44, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia; $15,000 cash or surety bond.
• Carlos S. Jones, 33, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of five counts of distribution of a controlled substance; $45,000 cash or surety bond.
• Hannah R. Mauk, 19, of Cape Girardeau on numerous warrants, including a narcotics-related charge; total bond: $12,500 cash only.
• Arinda M. Plumb, 33, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance; $25,000 cash or surety bond.
• Ivory J. Robinson, 50, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of two counts of distribution of a controlled substance; total bond: $40,000 cash or surety.
• Melissa N. Robinson, 29, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of two counts of distribution of a controlled substance; total bond: $30,000 cash or surety.
• Dillon J. Schermer, 26, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia; total bond: $35,000 cash or surety.
• Eva M. Smith, 66, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance; $20,000 cash or surety bond.
• Christen E. Witte, 28, of Cape Girardeau on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia; $10,000 cash or surety bond.
• Keith A. Grah, 47, of Jackson on suspicion of two counts of distribution of a controlled substance; $30,000 cash or surety bond.
• Charla J. Huston, 42, of Jackson on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance; $30,000 cash or surety bond.
• Mickael E. Minner, 43, of Jackson on suspicion of two counts of distribution of a controlled substance; total bond: $75,000 cash or surety.
• Nathan T. Oxley, 29, of Jackson on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance; $40,000 cash or surety bond.
• Benjamin B. Harrison, 39, Poplar Bluff, Mo., on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance; $35,000 cash or surety bond.
