The first Tunes at Twilight concert of the summer is moving indoors.
Old Town Cape announced this afternoon it's moving tonight's concert to the rain location at the Rose Theatre on the Southeast Missouri State University campus at the corner of Normal and Pacific streets, due to the threat of rain.
The free concert kicks off the 2013 Tunes season at 7 p.m. with Donna Herula, whose sound mixes country with modern and Delta blues.
