Emergency crews were on the scene of another accident Tuesday morning at the intersection of Interstate 55 and Highway 61 between Cape Girardeau and Jackson.

A tractor-trailer pulled collided with a southbound vehicle driven by Mike Duley of Jackson about 7:30 a.m.

Duley was transported to St. Francis Medical Center, treated and released.

The driver of the tractor-trailer, William Lundry of Ellington, was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

Lundry wasn't injured in the accident.

Duley also was cited for failing to wear a seat belt.
