BENTON, Mo, -- An Oran, Mo., man arrested on charges of downloading child pornography to his computer after a two monthlong multiagency investigation will stand trial in February. Andrew Stroud, 22, was charged in April with 10 counts of possession of child pornography. An investigation by Scott County, the Poplar Bluff Police Department and the Southeast Missouri Cyber Crimes Task Force alleges Stroud downloaded videos containing child pornography. After a grand jury indictment in May, Stroud's trial is set to begin Feb. 3. He is being held at the Scott County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
