A trial date has been set for one of three men who faced assault charges for allegedly attacking four others at a Cape Girardeau house party in May.

According to the Cape Girardeau County circuit clerk's office, Brandin Rowe, 20, of Jonesboro, Ill., pleaded not guilty to charges. He has a pretrial conference set for Oct. 31 and a trial set for Nov. 3.

Another man, Kollin Payne, 22, of Cape Girardeau, was bound over to circuit court after a court appearance Aug. 3 where he was granted a change of judge. Payne will appear before Judge Benjamin Lewis for a case review Monday. He has also pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Kemond Hillis of Ullin, Ill., was also charged and waived a preliminary hearing Wednesday. He will appear for arraignment Sept. 6.
